(KCEN) -- If you're looking to adopt a pet, you may want to head out to the Texas Humane Heroes this weekend.
That's because they're holding free pet adoptions this Saturday. But there's a catch.Yyou have to wear green.
All adopters wearing the color green in celebration of the St. Patrick's day this Saturday, March 16 could adopt a pet for free. Otherwise, adoption fees for all animals will be at the low reduced rate of $25.
Texas Humane Heroes is also celebrating the grand reopening of both the Leander adoption center and Killeen adoption center at this event.
In addition to the massive adoption opportunities, Texas Humane Heroes will have other fun family activities including food, drink and dessert vendors, children's activities and much more.
