Texas Ranger Museum Hosts Annual Spring Break Roundup

Posted: Updated:

(KCEN) -- If you drove past the Texas Ranger Museum today you saw something you don't see everyday.

But in the 1800's chuck wagons and tents would have been very common.

This was all part of the annual Spring Break Roundup hosted by the Texas Ranger Museum.

Everyone from toddlers to seniors came out to learn about the life of a Texas ranger back then.

And the fun wasn't just for the visitors.

Scott Bundy of Texas Top Guns says, "For us we get to act like cowboys when we're 12 years old except for all the toys are cooler it's just a blast to come out here and do this kind of stuff."

This is the second year the museum has hosted the Spring Break Roundup.

All proceeds go back to the Texas Ranger Museum.
