Courtesy KPRC(KCEN) -- A prisoner from the Montgomery County Jail is still on the loose today.
Britt Privatte was reported missing around 1 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.
Investigators believe that he scaled a wall inside the recreation yard and broke through the upper fencing.
Privatte was arrested in January for his involvement in a bank robbery in Montgomery. Police believe he may have been involved in several bank robberies.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is working with the Texas Rangers and other law enforcement agencies to try to locate the escaped prisoner.
He may be wearing boxer shorts and a long-sleeved T-shirt.
Police say he is considered armed and dangerous.
