(KCEN) -- The trial for four men accused of setting a puppy on fire will be pushed back to April.
Justice, a Labrador mix, was only four-months-old when those four men allegedly doused him with lighter fluid then lit him on fire.
The puppy suffered burns to 70 percent of his body.
Justice had to be put down by vets nine days later due to the extent of his injures.
Jury selection for the suspects is expected to begin April 22.
If convicted, the men face two to ten years in prison.
