(KCEN) -- Things in central Texas are getting ready to cool down just a bit.

And according to the spring forecast, you can expect it to stay cool at least until the end of March.

But after that, everything changes.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration released its spring forecast today.

And we can expect some above-average temperatures across much of the continental United States this season, especially in the drought-stricken areas of Texas.
