Victims of Fort Hood Shooting Request Permission to Speak to Media

(KCEN) -- Accused Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hassan will be back in court tomorrow.

As the prosecution puts the finishing touches on their case.

Also some of victims who have testified in court want their voices heard.

A civilian lawyer representing them in a lawsuit filed a motion asking they be allowed to speak to the media.

The judge has ordered them not to talk until the trial is over.

The prosecution could rest it's case as early as next Tuesday.
