UPDATE: 6:00 p.m., September12, 2013 -- The Amber Alert for Kyndle Windham has been canceled. 

 


(KCEN) -- An Amber Alert has been issued for a seven-month-old girl from Harker Heights.

Seven-month-old Kyndle Windham was taken from the residence of her foster parent at 11:55 a.m. on Thursday morning in the 2100 block of Diana Loop by a non-custodial mother.

The non-custodial mother was identified as 23-year-old CheKenya Windham.

Windham was last seen driving a gray 2006 Buick sedan with Texas license plates BRK5738.

Officials believe Windham is en route to Michigan.
