EMS Find Body In Walnut Creek

(KXAN) - Austin EMS, Austin Fire and Austin Police found a body floating in the creek near J.J. Pickle Elementary school.

Several residents near the school spotted the body and called police. After less than 20 minutes, authorities found the body.

Paramedics performed CPR to try to save the victim, but he has been pronounced dead at the scene.

He was found in the Buttermilk Branch of Little Walnut Creek.
