Tesla's Stocks Fall After Fiery Crash

(KCEN) -- Tesla's stocks fell drastically on Wednesday after the computer operated car's battery caught on fire.

The fully electric Tesla Model S on fire near Seattle.

That's when its stocks dropped six percent.

The automaker has issued a statement saying the car hit a large metallic object in the road igniting a fire in the car's battery pack.

Tesla also touted its automatic alerts system for warning the driver to pull over.
