HAMILTON, Bermuda, Feb. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. (NYSE: TPRE) (the "Company") today announced that it is planning to release its fourth quarter and full year 2013 results after the market closes on Wednesday, February 26, 2014.  Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. will also hold a conference call to discuss its results at 8:30 am (Eastern Time) on Thursday, February 27, 2014.

The conference call can be accessed by dialing 877-407-0789 (domestic) or 201-689-8562 (international). Participants will need to provide the passcode 13576148.  A telephonic replay will be available approximately three hours after the call and can be accessed by dialing 877-870-5176, or for international callers, 1-858-384-5517. The passcode for the live call and the replay is 13576148. The telephonic replay will be available until 11:59 pm (Eastern Time) on March 6, 2014.
