The four conferences that FJ and Associates will attend over the next several months are: The Utah National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO); Mountain Plains NAHRO; Rocky AHMA; and The Utah Housing Coalition’s Utah Housing Matters.

The Utah National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) annual conference will be held April 23-24, 2014 at the Lexington Hotel in St. George, Utah. The Utah chapter of NAHRO is a professional organization that provides opportunities for housing and community development professionals to exchange ideas, share information and educate lawmakers on affordable housing needs in the State of Utah.

The Mountain Plains NAHRO annual conference will be held June 16-18, 2014 at The Lodge in Deadwood, South Dakota. The Mountain Plains Regional Council of NAHRO is one of eight regional councils and includes Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming.

The Rocky Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA) annual conference will be held August 20-22, 2014 in Denver, Colorado. Participants from Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming come together to discuss topics centered on the affordable housing industry.

The Utah Housing Coalition’s Utah Housing Matters conference will be held in October, with dates yet to be announced. The Utah Housing Matters conference brings together leaders in the Utah affordable housing industry to attend workshops and listen to key speakers on topics such as advocacy, education and industry news.
