Over 2.3 Million Vacant Properties Nationwide- Report Reveals Top Counties

Posted: Updated:

Despite the buzz surrounding real estate inventory and its dismal numbers, a recent report by Find Motivated Sellers Now, a product developed and distributed by top real estate education company.

San Diego, CA – March 28, 2014 /MM-prReach/ —

Real Estate World Wide (REWW) top subsidiary Find Motivated Sellers Now (FMSN) has released its latest report on the Top 100 Counties for Vacant Properties, and real estate investors everywhere are clamoring to get a copy. Kent Clothier, President and CEO of REWW, has made that possible by releasing the report on his blog at Kentclothier.com.

Real Estate World Wide is a real estate education company with headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona; San Diego, California; and Boca Raton, Florida. Long known for its cutting edge education systems for both new, and established, real estate investors, REWW also began developing, and distributing, real estate database systems for investors as a way to help them overcome the hurdles that were crushing their investment businesses during the housing crises.

Find Motivated Sellers Now is just one of those systems. Find Motivated Sellers Now, developed in 2012, is a proprietary system that enables investors to access a database of high equity, or free and clear, vacant properties by county. In addition to listing the address of the vacant property, the system also reveals the owner’s name and contact information.

“The real advantage of this system,” said Clothier, “is that it allows investors to find properties before anyone else even knows they exist.”

Clothier then went on to say, “I would argue that (Find Motivated Sellers Now) is the difference between making it in this business and just fading way.”

FMSN has generously released some of its findings in a report revealing the top 100 counties for vacant properties for the month of February.

Those who wish to access the report can easily do so by visiting this post on Clothiers Blog.
