TMB Hospitality Guest Internet, Voice and Broadband Systems Used By New Hotel

Posted: Updated:

TMB Hospitality specializes in communications solutions for the hotel industry, and has won a new contract with a high end hotel in Sussex.

Christchurch, Dorset, United Kingdom – March 29, 2014 /MarketersMedia/ —

Internet and communications within a hotel are quite a technical feat to achieve, and not all companies can set the same standards for quality of service while at the same time minimizing the impact to infrastructure. TMB have proudly announced they have been selected as the WiFi system supplier (http://www.tmbonline.co.uk/pages/Hotel-Wifi-Internet-Systems.aspx) for “The Spread Eagle Hotel, Midhurst”. This hotel is the last of the hotels within the “Historic Sussex Hotels” group to move to TMB, meaning they now provide communications solutions for the entire chain.

Set in the historic market town of Midhurst, the Spread Eagle Hotel is one of the oldest Coaching Inns still in existence in the UK, dating all the way back to 1430. It has been converted into a quintessentially English historic hotel. The site has maintained its heritage while providing all contemporary features expected from a high-end hotel, and this provided the TMB team with no shortage of challenges.

The hotel’s period architecture required TMB’s DSLAM solution, delivering ADSL services into each bedroom using existing phone cabling and enabling the company to deliver a guaranteed service solution in every bedroom without the need to run difficult and unsightly cabling through the rooms and floors.

A spokesperson for TMB Hospitality explained, “Having worked with the Historical Sussex Hotels group before, we were familiar with what we were likely to find, and that meant our solution had been tried and tested and provided great connectivity for all guests with a minimum of disruption to the infrastructure of this historic site. We provide voice, broadband and support services (http://www.tmbonline.co.uk/pages/Hotel-Voice–Broadband.aspx) that offers rapid response and comprehensive problem solving to assure hotels that we value their guests as much as they do.”

July's slower gain of 209,000 nonfarm payrolls shows the economy is chugging along, and the labor market is improving, but it is also not strong enough to push the Fed to hike rates earlier than expected.
