Clinica Unibe Hospital Approved by Christian Healthcare Ministries

Posted: Updated:
Announcing that CHM (Christian Healthcare Ministries) has approved Unibe Hospital, in Costa Rica, as one of their few select providers. It is an honor to be so designated. Members of CHM are suggested to use the services of DentaRica Travel (NC Medical Travel) to facilitate their travel and appointments.

Clemmons, NC. Staff at DentaRica (NC Medical Travel), a USA company, have worked diligently on behalf of their Costa Rican partners to get them approved as healthcare providers by USA healthcare associations such as Christian Healthcare Ministries. This is great news. The snowball is rolling. Approval by Christian Healthcare Ministries, taking place earlier this week, required no changes on the part of Clinica Unibe hospital, simply a lot of paperwork and information exchanges which DentaRica staff pushed along. With a language barrier appearing along with specialized terminology, not to mention international complexities, it is not surprising that few international hospitals make the cut as a Provider with Christian Healthcare.

DentaRica (aka NC Medical Travel) is not a healthcare provider, and has never claimed to be. They make it possible for USA residents to confidently and conveniently make appointments in Costa Rica with their choice partners, whether dentists or hospitals. USA customers may visit their accessible office, located in Clemmons, NC, to have personal consultations and advice or even assistance with airline questions. Their overseas partners are “screened” for customer welfare by both us and the Costa Rican tourism promoters.

Members of Christian Healthcare Ministries are not required to travel for their care. Clinica Unibe is one option among many in their program which functions as health insurance. However, the lower costs in Costa Rica can be very advantageous (for instance, in terms of any co-pay). Also, since the preventative care is so affordable, a person can get more than they would in the USA, and that is simply being healthy. On top of that, a visit to Clinica Unibe hospital, arranged through DentaRica, has the appeal of a magical vacation experience with tourism affordable to rainforests, volcanoes, museums, the National Theatre, exotic markets, and much more.

Clinica Unibe is a hospital located in sunny Costa Rica, in the capital city, San Jose. Besides all the Costa Rican Ministry of Health permits, they have had the AAAASF accreditation since 2010. That is an internationally-known quality assurance organization, the American Ambulatory Accreditation Association for Surgical Facilities. They were the first such facility in Costa Rica to receive this honor.

DentaRica (NC Medical Travel) is a USA-based company with an open-to-the-public office in Clemmons, NC. They make medical travel convenient and much safer through various means, including finding trustworthy partners, performing background checks, making appointments despite international complications, answering questions from USA residents, and when needed guiding our guests personally.

Christian Healthcare Ministires (CHM) is an affordable faith-based solution for Christians to the problems of rising healthcare costs and expensive health insurance policies. As an eligible option under the national healthcare law, CHM is thousands of Christians united in sharing each other’s medical bills. In the past 20 years, members of this nonprofit ministry have shared more than $1 billion in healthcare costs.
