Bruceville-Eddy Crash Causes Morning Traffic

Posted: Updated:
(KCEN) -- An early morning crash involving an 18-wheeler and four cars slowed I-35 southbound traffic for several hours on Tuesday. It happened near mile marker 318 in Bruceville-Eddy just after 5:00 AM.

Police say the semi slid in the rain, knocked out a traffic barrier and ended up in a ditch near the frontage road. There were no injuries and no one was taken to the hospital.

Crews are still working to clean up spilled diesel fuel. Police say traffic will be be narrowed down to one lane on Tuesday afternoon in order to replace the barrier.
