Graphic Testimony in Fort Hood Prostitution Trial

Posted: Updated:

(KCEN) -- The Article 32 hearing for the second Fort Hood soldier wrapped up in an alleged prostitution ring on post began on Tuesday.

We heard from three female soldiers who claim they were recruited in a prostitution operation by SFC Gregory McQueen, who was a sexual harassment prevention officer at the time.

This is the second soldier the military has taken to court in this scandal.

The last was Master Sergeant Brad Grimes who was tried for crimes including paying for sex back in December. He was only found guilty for planning to meet a prostitute and commit adultery.

On Tuesday, the female private who testified about the encounter now takes the stand to talk about McQueen the man she says set up the meeting. She says he started a conversation in a parking lot outside of an Army emergency relief office where she was headed to get help with financial problems.

She claims he suggested having sex with higher ranking officers to solve her money problems, then arranged to discuss it at her house that night.

The then 20-year-old says that evening after explaining how it worked he asked her to act it out on him, went out and got alcohol, and came back and drank with her and had sex with her. Then she described being set up with grimes and having sex with him for $100.

Defense Counsel MAJ Reies Flores asked the witness several questions about her testimony and past, including times she lied to investigators before she was granted immunity.

On the stand, the Army private testified about another young female soldier she says she and McQueen tried to recruit.
