(KCEN) -- The Amber Alert issued Friday morning for a 13-year-old girl who may be with a man has been discontinued.

No other details about the Amber Alert cancellation were available.



(KCEN) -- An Amber Alert has been issued for a 13-year-old girl out of Dewitt County. The Dewitt County Sheriff's Office is searching for Phoebe Nichole Hughes.

Law enforcement officials believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger.

She is a 13-year-old white female described as 5’4”, 150 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue jean capris.

Police are looking for 34-year-old Eric Castillo who is believed to have taken her. 

He is a 34-year-old white male and described as 5’2”, 185 pounds, red hair, and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his left ankle, chest, left arm, left leg, neck, right ankle, right arm, right leg, upper left leg, and upper arm.

The suspect is driving a black 2010 Chevrolet Camaro with a Texas license plate number of BX8B009. The vehicle has a Marine Corps sticker on the back windshield.

The suspect was last heard from in Cuero, Texas.
