(KCEN) -- A New York man who was recently captured on camera asleep at a Yankees' game is filing a $10 million defamation lawsuit against ESPN broadcasters Dan Shulman and John Kruk.

According to the New York Post, Shulman and Kruk used an "avalanche of disparaging words" when describing the sleepy fan on camera.

The fan, Andrew Robert Rector, said the announcers used an "unending verbal crusade" against him, an attack that was allegedly redistributed on the MLB website the next day.

The New York Post report indicates that Rector's suit is riddled with typos and improper grammar.
