UPDATE: Temple Woman's Body Found On Side Of Road

UPDATE (KCEN) -- The Bell County Sheriff's Department is investigating the death of a Temple woman.

 Patricia Aguillon, 45, was found dead on the side of FM 2601 just west of Highway 317, between Temple and Moody.

 Lt. Donnie Adams said a driver spotted Aguillon's body Thursday morning, which was almost on the roadway.

 When deputies arrived, they discovered she had a single gunshot wound. Investigators are confident Aguillon's body was dumped near the road overnight.

No suspects are in custody. Aguillon's body was sent to Dallas for an autopsy.

(KCEN) -- A body was found Thursday morning in Bell County.

The body was found at 7:20 a.m. on Thursday off of FM 2601, just west of Highway 317 between Temple and Moody.

Lieutenant Donnie Adams said the woman's body was found on the side of the road with one gunshot wound.

Officials later identified her as 45-year-old Patricia Aguillon.

The investigation is ongoing at this time.
