Career Partners International, a leading global provider of outplacement, executive coaching, career transition and other talent management services, added Nancy Winship and Miranda Wesley to its growing organization. Winship joined Waldron, the Seattle office of Career Partners International, as the new Vice President of Organization and Leadership Development, and Wesley joined The Prism Group, the Birmingham office of Career Partners International, as the new Client Administrator.

Nancy Winship brings a comprehensive set of experiences to Career Partners International clients following the successful development and operation of an independent consulting practice. She possesses over 30 years of experience designing and implementing leadership and organizational development systems, with an emphasis on aligning programs with strategic change initiatives. Prior to establishing her independent practice, Winship worked for Microsoft in the Leadership Development Group where she consulted with, coached, and trained senior executives and high-potential emerging leaders.

As leader of Career Partners International Seattles Organization and Leadership Development practice area, Winship will focus on sustaining the firms capacity for growth and leading its team of executive coaches and organization development consultants. She will also consult on projects and provide executive coaching to senior executives.

Miranda Wesley comes to the firms Birmingham office with a broad marketing and project management skill set she developed while working at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Prior to her time at UAB, she worked at 02 ideas-Public Relations as an account coordinator. Wesley graduated Cum Laude in 2007 from The University of Alabama with a degree in public relations and computer science. She is a Board Member for the Distinguished Young Women of Jefferson County Program and volunteers at First Light Womens and Childrens Shelter. Wesley will be the main point of contact for the firms clients in Alabama, assisting in the identification and fulfillment of client needs and goals.
