Born and raised in Arlington, Texas, Ashley is so excited to be back in the home state she adores.
Her passion for weather came while she was a student at Arizona State University. It was there she decided to pursue her passion of becoming a meteorologist, Upon graduating with a degree in journalism, Ashley enrolled in the Broadcast an Operational Meteorology program at Mississippi State University, where she will graduate August of 2022.
Ashley joins us after a stop in Huntsville, Alabama where she worked as a reporter and weekend weather anchor for the local ABC affiliate. There, she covered severe weather events, including a traveling to Kentucky to meet with victims of the Mayfield Kentucky Tornadoes in 2021.
When Ashley is not working, she is either tuning in to her favorite reality TV shows, spending time with her loved ones or trying out new local food spots.
