Jordan Frazier is the weekend meteorologist at KCEN-TV in Temple, Texas and award-winning meteorologist.

Jordan started his love for weather by personally experiencing Florida’s active hurricane season of 2004 and 2005. During that time, he discovered the destructive power of large weather systems and learned the importance of getting out accurate information to public as quickly as possible. This led him to study meteorology at Florida State University and finished at University of South Florida with a degree in Mass Communication and concentration in Broadcast News.

He started his weather career at KGWN in Cheyenne, Wyoming as the evening meteorologist. In Wyoming, Jordan got to cover everything from tornadoes and hail to blizzards and hurricane force winds. He got the opportunity to do live weather at Cheyenne Frontier Days, the world’s largest outdoor rodeo and western celebration.

Jordan also won first place for best meteorologist in the state for 2022 by the Wyoming Association of Broadcaster
