TEMPLE, Texas — Matt Lively is a multi-skilled journalist at KCEN-TV in Temple, Texas specializing in the area of sports and news reporting.
Matt joined the 6News Team in January, 2021 after working as the weekend sports anchor and reporter in Bakersfield, CA.
Matt is a Sun Devil and graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at ASU.
He has experience in covering a Super Bowl, Final Four, the Phoenix sports market, Arizona State athletics, Cal State Bakersfield, and more than 50 high school programs.
As a born and Raised Floridian, he strives to lower the strokes off his golf game and to continue living in warm places. He is always looking for a new restaurant or place to check out in town and will happily accept recommendations.
