BELL COUNTY, Texas — A 32-year-old woman was killed Saturday evening after being hit by a car near FM 439 and Quarry Rd. just outside of Nolanville, according to Nolanville police.
DPS, along with Central Bell Fire and Rescue responded to the scene around 7 p.m.
Officials said a 2016 Dodge passenger car driven by a 43-year-old Nolanville man was traveling eastbound when it struck Mary Hutton of Shamrock, Texas.
Hutton was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver stopped and tried to render aide then provided information to officers when they arrived, according to officials.
The driver of the dodge and the 18-year-old passenger were uninjured.
