TEMPLE, Texas —
The Temple Police Department is trying to identify a suspect in a robbery that took place on July 3, 2019.
The robbery happened near the 1500 block of S. 7th St.
The victim told officers that a man who she did not know stole her purse.
The victim’s purse had her ID, bank cards, checkbook , and about $1000 in cash inside. It was later reported that the suspect may have used some of the stolen checks at a local ATM.
