KILLEEN, Texas — At about 8 p.m., officers were sent to the 1700 block of Alamo Avenue to respond to a 911 call about a stabbing, Killeen Police Department public affairs officer Ofelia Miramontez said.
When police arrived, they were told that a woman and a man were arguing, then the man stabbed the woman, Miramontez said.
The man ran away from the area.
The 30-year-old woman was sent to Seton Medical Center in unknown condition, Miramontez said.
Police are still investigating the case, Miramontez said.
