$11,000 in perfume and cologne stolen from Ulta store in Temple, police looking for suspects

Cell phone video shows two women walking out of the store with two bags allegedly filled with stolen perfume and cologne.

TEMPLE, Texas — Temple police were looking for two women Wednesday they said stole $11,000 worth of perfume and cologne from an Ulta store.

A woman named Jacqueline Stolp recorded video of two women leaving the store Tuesday night around 8 p.m. The video shows each of them carrying a bag filled with merchandise.

Temple police were called to the store at 8:10 p.m., according to Temple police spokeswoman Ellen Morton.

Morton said the women threatened an employee before taking the merchandise and leaving the store.

Morton said she would not comment on the video or the "investigative process."

Morton said the women left in a silver Mercedes which can be seen in the video Stolp recorded.

Anyone with information about the thefts should call the Temple Police Department.
