A 12-year-old girl was hit by a vehicle Monday afternoon while riding her bike in Waco.
Police said Alina Miller was going south on Salem Way when she was hit by a vehicle going west on Orchid Lane around 4 p.m. They confirmed Wednesday morning she had passed away.
Police said the driver stayed on the scene to help with the investigation.
