AT&T customers are experiencing outages Tuesday in the Killeen and nearby cities in the area.
According to an AT&T spokesman, a fiber cut in the area is the cause of the outage.
AT&T gave the following statement to Channel 6:
We are aware of a fiber cut in our local provider's network which may be affecting service for some of our customers in the Killeen area.
Channel 6 reached out to AT&T for an expected time of restoration but have not received a response to that inquiry.
