TEMPLE, Texas — A $5,000 reward is being offered by the owner of a Temple Bush’s Chicken restaurant for information on a robbery suspect, according to the Temple Police Department.
The robbery took place around 6 a.m. at the South 31st St. location, according to police.
On Jan. 30, the owner says one of his employees was pistol-whipped during a robbery. No other customers were in the restaurant at the time and no other employees were hurt, according to police.
“Based on video evidence, it appears the thief specifically targeted this store,” the owner told police. “He seemed very knowledgeable about the layout.”
