KILLEEN, Texas — An accused sex offender who police said flashed a Harker Heights student was arrested Wednesday, Killeen Independent School District said.
Jeremi Deshawn Guidry, 26, was charged for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, the district said.
Guidry was taken to Bell County Jail. His bond is set at $100,000.
Guidry has a previous conviction for indecency with a child by Exposure from 2015, the district said. He served a three years sentence.
KISD police used security camera video to find the suspect's car and traced it Guidry.
KISD credits local media and the community for the arrest.
KISD police were assisted by Harker Heights and Killeen Police Departments in making the arrest.
