Eight more Twin Peaks cases were dismissed this week, bringing the total number of dismissals to 126.
Three of the cases were dismissed Monday, and five were dropped Tuesday morning.
The cases dismissed were against defendants Michael Herring, Thomas Landers, Christopher Stainton, Noe Adame, James Caffey, Stephen Dudley, Paul Miller and George Rogers.
Nine people died in the 2015 shootout between rival motorcycle clubs and law enforcement at Waco's now-closed Twin Peaks restaurant. In the aftermath, 177 people were arrested.
