TEMPLE, Texas — After Temple police reported Wednesday morning a Temple High School teacher may have had an improper relationship with students, Temple Independent School District put the teacher on paid administrative leave immediately, Temple ISD director of communications Christian Hernandez said. 

The district said the teacher will stay on leave until police complete their investigation. Hernandez said the district is also investigating the report and will fully cooperate with Temple police. 

The teacher's name has not been released.
