FORT HOOD — On Wednesday, two Chief Warrant Officers were presented the Flying Cross award. The award recognizes service members that show heroism or extraordinary achievement while flying.
Chief Warrant Officers Steve Crandall and Jude Okpala were honored for their actions in combat on February 7th during the Battle of Conoco in Syria.
