Woman who entered Killeen HS without authorization charged with felony

Killeen ISD police charged her with felony unlawful carrying of a weapon in a prohibited place.

A parent of a Killeen High School student who entered the school without authorization Tuesday has been charged with a felony by KISD police, a district official said.

School administrators said this isn't the first time 36-year-old Gloria Woods has done this. Woods came to the school and entered without authorization on May 7.

The district said she was asked to leave and a criminal trespass warrant was issued against her. Woods returned to campus on the May 29 and was arrested on that warrant.

Woods was transported to the Bell County Jail and she told officers she was carrying a weapon. After searching her, they found a concealed loaded .40 caliber pistol and a full ammunition clip.
