Here's everything you need to know about the 2019 Bloomin' Temple Festival

The 14th annual festival will run from Thursday, April 25 through Sunday, April 28. Musicians will perform live Friday and Saturday.

TEMPLE, Texas — The City of Temple Parks and Recreation Department is preparing for the 2019 Bloomin' Festival, an annual event that runs on the last weekend of April every year.

The festival will feature a carnival, food vendors and musical talent at the Martin Luther King Festival Grounds from Thursday, April 25 through Sunday, April 28.

How much does it cost?

Tickets can be purchased online for a reduced price. 

Online adult tickets cost $10 for a one-day pass and $15 for a two-day pass. Children ages five to ten can get a one-day pass for $5 or a two-day pass for $10.

At-the-gate tickets cost $15 for a single-day pass, $25 for a two-day pass, and $5 for a child's one-day pass.

Children less than five get in free.

Carnival wristbands are available for purchase. Wristbands cost $20 for Thursday, $25 for Friday, $30 for Saturday and $25 for Sunday. 

Individual tickets for rides are also sold for $1 each, but some rides require more than one ticket.

When does it go down?

The carnival schedule is as follows:

  • Thursday | 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.
  • Friday | 6 p.m. - Midnight
  • Saturday | 11 a.m. - Midnight
  • Sunday | 2 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Road closures

Festival organizers announced several roads would be closed for the festival and parking would be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
