WACO, Texas — The Baylor softball roster just shrunk.

Freshman infielder Kassidy Krupit announced on Twitter that she is transferring to South Carolina.

In 2019, Krupit had a .235 batting average and 10 home runs, while pitching 13 strikeouts through 32 innings on the mound. Her ERA was 6.56.

A native of Suwanee, Georgia, Krupit is also a member of the U.S. Junior Women's National Team. Krupit decommitted from the University of Delaware in 2018 following a coaching change, then chose to attend Baylor.
