WACO, Texas — The 4th ranked Baylor Lady Bears will welcome Kansas State to town on Wednesday. This will be the Big 12 home-opener for Baylor.

The 11-1 Lady Bears are coming off of a 17-point win over Texas Tech in Lubbock, while the Wildcats had a dominant, 30-point win over Oklahoma. Kansas State opened up Big 12 play with a 96-58 loss to Iowa State.

Baylor will be the fifth ranked opponent that Kansas State has faced this season, the Wildcats are winless against the previous four.

Junior forward Peyton Williams nearly averages a double-double for the Wildcats, with 14.4 points and 9.9 rebounds per game.

As for the Lady Bears, Kalani Brown averages 15 points and 7.3 boards per game while freshman NaLyssa Smith brings in 12.3 points and 6.9 rebounds per game.

Baylor and Kansas State tips off at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Ferrell Center.
