KILLEEN, Texas — The City of Killeen announced more road closures for an ongoing project to install a 20-inch natural gas line in northeast Killeen.
The scheduled closures this week starting at 6 a.m. are as follows:
Monday, Dec. 6 through Wednesday, Dec. 8, including overnights
- Jerome Drive, from West Creek Circle to Ridglea Court
Tuesday, Dec. 7 through Thursday, Dec. 9, including overnights
- Purser Drive, from Westcliff Road to Winchester Drive,
Tuesday, Dec. 7 through Thursday, Dec. 9, including overnights
- Eisenhower Drive, from Willowbend Drive to General Drive
Thursday, Dec. 9 through Saturday, Dec. 11, including overnights
- Lago Trail, from Lago Circle to Ridglea Court
Thursday, Dec. 9 through Saturday, Dec. 11, including overnights
- Nimitz Drive, from Lake Road to Shoemaker Drive
Friday, Dec. 10 through Sunday, Dec. 12 including overnights
- Dickens Drive, from Westcliff Road to Winchester Drive
According to the city, the work is weather permitting and roads will be open to local traffic only.
There will be a series of traffic control devices in place to guide motor vehicles around the work zone and closure, the city stated.
