A tornado watch has been issued for Brown, Comanche, Mills, Hamilton, Bosque, Hill and Navarro counties until midnight, meteorologist Zac Scott said. A thunderstorm watch is also out for San Saba County until 11 p.m.

Storms may start to develop between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., Scott said. The highest chances for severe weather will be across North Texas into the Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas region. Damaging hail, wins and a tornado or two will be possible with the strongest storms.
