Killeen city council members to fix MLK Day "oversight"

The Killeen chapter of the NAACP had to move its annual Martin Luther King Jr. March to a park on Monday, instead of holding it in the city streets like the organization had done for the past 20 years. A policy change by the city would have required them to pay for police to control traffic.
