WATCH: McGregor hit and run suspect vehicle
The McGregor Police Department is looking for the driver who killed a 26-year-old man in a hit and run Thursday. Police believe the suspect vehicle is a 2005 to 2008 white Ford F-150 with a missing right headlight.
