KILLEEN, Texas — Killeen Police Department says 59-year-old Robert Higgins died on Sunday, April 28 after he was involved in a crash in the outside lane of SH-195.
According to KPD, around 11:42 a.m., they were called to the 9600 block of South Fort Hood Street to a crash.
Upon arrival, officers learned that Higgins was traveling north in the outside lane of SH-195 when his White Infinity left the road, rolling several times and coming to rest on its top.
Higgins was ejected from his car.
According to KPD, Higgins was the only occupant in the car and died on the scene.
