Parker said he is a graduate of Baylor University, both undergrad and law school, and the National Computer Forensic Institute. He began his career with the Bell County District Attorney's Office.

Parker says he has been Board Certified in Criminal Law since 2008 and has experience prosecuting "all types of cases, from theft to death penalty capital murder."

Parker also said he would focus on resolving criminal cases quickly and effectively, addressing illegal immigration issues impacting Bell County, supporting victims and "fostering a safe, secure and thriving community for all."

Parker said he will be committed to transparent, accountable and adaptable leadership, proactive collaboration and open dialogue with law enforcement and the community and "championing the cause of justice and security in Bell County."
