The suspected mastermind in a high-profile Dallas murder will go before a judge on Monday.
Brenda Delgado is expected to appear in a Mexican federal courtroom after being arrested in northern Mexico on Friday. The FBI had just added her to its 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list before the arrest.
Delgado is accused of hiring a gunman to murder her ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend, Dr. Kendra Hatcher, in an Uptown parking garage.

The U.S. has 60 days to formally request Delgado's extradition back to Texas. The Dallas County District Attorney's Office has already taken the death penalty off the table to make the process smoother.
Delgado is a Mexican citizen, and Mexico will only agree to extradite her if the death penalty isn't an option.
