WEST, Texas — A 30-year-old son was arrested Wednesday after he reportedly shot and killed his parents on Tokio Road in West, according to McLennan County Sheriff Parnell McNamara.
McNamara said a call about the reported murders came in around 3 a.m. Shortly after, around 5 a.m., the sheriff's office arrested the suspect, identified as Dillon Bridgers, in Downtown Waco.
McNamara said the victims are Bridgers's parents, both believed to be in their 40s or 50s. The reason for the deadly shooting is unknown at this time.
"Very unfortunate situation. Two people gunned down in cold blood," McNamara stated.
