WACO, Texas — One person is dead following a shooting that took place on Thursday, April 4.
Waco Police Special Crimes Detectives are currently looking for a suspect that was involved in the early morning shooting.
According to Waco PD, they were called to the 1100 block of N. 6th Street. at around 1:15 a.m. Upon arrival officers found a man who had been shot.
The man was taken to a local hospital, where he died, Waco PD said.
Officers were unable to locate a suspect on the scene. If anyone has information on the shooting, they are advised to call 254-750-7500.
