TEMPLE, Texas — One person has been shot and one person has been stabbed after a "domestic disturbance" in Temple, according to the Temple Police Department.
Temple PD said officers were dispatched to Baylor Scott & White around 4:45 p.m. on May 8 for a person who had been stabbed and brought to the hospital in a personal vehicle.
Upon further investigation, police said they found a second victim. One of the victims had been shot and one had been stabbed, according to TPD.
According to an update from police on Thursday, Mikayla Wofford, 29, has been taken into custody as the "primary aggressor."
Authorities say both victims are being treated and are in stable condition.
