WACO, Texas — A man has been arrested in Limestone County in the case of a deadly crash on March 13, according to the Waco Police Department.
Waco PD said 28-year-old Ryan Dabney has been charged with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault. Police said Dabney was the driver in a single-vehicle crash that killed 31-year-old Gavin Patrick on March 13, 2024.
According to police, the crash occurred along E. Herring Avenue. Patrick reportedly died at the scene, while Dabney and another passenger were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
