Texas Rangers are searching for Issac John Bernard Collins, a felon wanted for human trafficking, continuous child sex abuse, indecency with a child and online solicitation of a minor.
DPS officials said Collins, 31, was known to be in the Waco area.
Collins is 5 foot 1, 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. According to officials, he drives a 2012 White Chevy Camero with license plate KVT0745.
